I built my human capital business from the ground up into a platform serving clients in 21 countries. As the founder of American Talent Jobs, Talento Latinoamérica, Talento Centroamérica, and Talento Iberoamérica, I connect entrepreneurial ownership with international operating experience.
My work spans executive search, talent assessment, workforce administration, and technology-supported HR solutions. I work with organizations seeking to grow thoughtfully and build stronger teams. My business footprint spans the United States and Latin America, with Talento Iberoamérica extending our presence to Europe, specifically Spain and Portugal.
Before and alongside my entrepreneurial work, I held general management and regional leadership roles in logistics and supply chain environments. Over my career, I have managed annual revenue and business volumes exceeding $23 million and led direct and indirect workforce structures of up to 10,000 employees.
